CONDOSearchers Neighborhoods
Printers Row

Printer's Row is a small neighborhood in downtown Chicago just south of the Loop and centered around beautiful Dearborn Station. It is said that the Police shipped Al Capone to San Francisco from the Station and against Al's wishes he had to visit the island Alcatraz for rather lengthy stay.

Dearborn Street is a one way street going north with great restaurants, coffee-and book shops. This neighborhood is just a half mile away from Grant Park and within a mile you will find the greatest treasurers of Chicago.

Top Hotels, Architecture, more than ten colleges with over 50,000 students, an amazing museum campus, and you can walk easily to all kinds of festivals happening in this incredible city. The beach is also close-by.

Printer's Row is also known for its "Book Fair" that is scheduled every year in early June. 1,000's of people come from all over the Chicagoland area in order to catch and find a rare book. Poetry is being read out loud and many authors are present to discuss their books and provide tips for aspiring authors.

What makes a community a true community? The answer is when one person recognizes at least another neighbor once a day – when sitting down in a coffee shop, restaurant, or when visiting a dry cleaner or a bank. If you think it's impossible in downtown Chicago – come one down to Printer's Row and see for yourself
